This project is a spectacular revamping of the former Piedboeuf Brewery, an industrial site in Liège. Developed by Promactif, this real estate conversion project revolves around three main themes: mobility / heritage / modularity, and makes a genuine link between industrial and residential use. Three buildings will be upgraded and the large clock tower, a symbol of the area which disappeared when the factory closed its doors, will be rebuilt. The ‘canetterie’ (canning plant) and the ’embouteillage’ (bottling plant) will be converted into lofts, a cultural space and offices (2,000 sqm).
Works started at the beginning of June 2021 and delivery is scheduled for Q2 2023.
