Compagnie Financière La Luxembourgeoise, Felix Giorgetti and AG Real Estate are planning to redevelop two assets located in the City of Luxembourg, 29-31 & 49-51, avenue de la Gare. The project is ideally located in the Gare district, close to the train station and soon the tramway, administrative buildings, shops. This intra-urban project will offer a mix of offices, housing and retail spaces on the ground floor. Some existing façades will be preserved for their architectural quality and will be perfectly integrated into the new project with well-chosen perennial materials and in consultation with the authorities of the City of Luxembourg and the national sites and monuments department. A passage, located in the center of project 49-51, will bring a lot of natural light to the project and a great animation of the area, which will benefit the people that will live and work in those buildings. Both buildings will be very easily accessible from the station and soon from the city's new tramway. In addition to accessibility, the Gare district is dynamic, is undergoing major changes in recent years and continues to evolve, particularly with new mixed projects.
