Ring Station Campus

Ring Station Campus, is modern and high quality mixed development, strategically located at a timewise equidistant location between the South Station in the east and the E 19 (R0) in the west . By car, the site is 8 minutes (3 km) away from the highway; on foot, the access to the site is 8 minutes (650 m) from the entrance to the international railway station (Midi / Zuid). The river Zenne flows alongside Ring Station Campus that will also be home to a brand new park, ensuring a pleasant stay for all its occupants.

The first stage of the development consist out of an office building of 27.024 m² that will be almost energy neutral and Breeam Excellent certified; including (shared) amenities such as, amongst others, meeting rooms, presentation facilities and a breakfast / lunch bar.
