Prince Henri

This mixed-use building is located at 13-17 Boulevard Prince Henri in Luxembourg, in the heart of the city center and ideally situated near Boulevard Royal. Based on the former Vauban fortifications of the city, today the site sits in a predominantly natural and green environment and offers a unique view onto the Park.

Served by several bus lines and very soon also by a tramway, its central location allows for all types of mobility for activities within or beyond the city with road access nearby.

The building includes 2 underground levels, mainly used for parking (20 spaces). The building has 8 levels with a total surface area of 3000 square meters: 6 office floors and 2 residential floors.

The Prince building has a brilliant façade with large glazed areas on the façades, providing a transversal view onto the Park. All materials were selected to allow this unique, refined project to perfectly blend in with its surroundings.
