PLXL

Scheduled for completion beginning 2024, PLXL is one of the most recent additions to Befimmo’s portfolio of hybrid properties. A complete reinvention of the iconic Beobank building (15,180 m²) in the heart of Brussels’ vibrant university district of Etterbeek, the project features the very latest trends in smart building, sustainable design and circularity. The site enjoys an excellent location, opposite the University of Brussels and next to the Etterbeek railway station, which allows a large variety of soft mobility solutions. The building will offer flexible workspaces, a restaurant, a rooftop terrace, and a wide range of services and facilities. PLXL has more than 160 bike stations, nearly 50 e-bike stations and 100 car parking spaces, all with charging points. User well-being and health are key elements of PLXL. It aims for the highest certification in its class (BREEAM “Outstanding”).
