Green Business Park Parc de l’Europe

BVI.EU undertakes an ambitious and qualitative requalification of the current urban canker made up of the former MITRA factories, Boulevard de l’Europe, in the current zoning Sud de Wavre.

In this second phase BVI.EU will again focus on her specialty: the creation of a Green Business Park for SMEs and crafts.

In addition almost 4000m² will be used for office spaces, B2B showrooms and co-working spaces; all organized in a logic of integration with the existing urban environment.

The buildings were designed on a sustainable production method, with an eco-construction approach (water, waste, materials, prefabrication …).

The Green Business Park Parc de l’Europe Phase is ideally located on a major road – between Brussels and Luxemburg – and intends to be part of a sustainable mobility objective.
