Arto has a unique location in the heart of the vibrant city center, just a few meters from Antwerp Central Station. The office building is located on De Keyserlei, the most important link between the dynamic environment of the central station and the commercial and historical city centre. Thanks to its location near the central station, Arto enjoys a unique strategic location in terms of (inter)national accessibility by public transport. Mobility choice is undeniably a major asset in the continuing war on talent.

Arto offers 4,900m² office area spread over 5 floors (+2 to +6). Following a structural renovation, designed by Conix RDBM Architects, the building will once again meet today’s demand for comfortable working in an urban environment. The old facade will be restored to its former glory. Arto is a fossil fuel free and BREEAM-certified building. The current planning foresees completion of the office building in Q2 2022.
