Park 7 – Onyx

Park 7 is a pioneering project providing several environmental-friendly office buildings, all connected around a central green lung. The campus will be developed according to a low energetic, smart architectural and urban perspective. Being located on the main road between Brussels Airport and the centre of Brussels and, at walking distance of the NATO, this green office campus puts human wellbeing first. Because healthy people do better work, and better work makes better business. Park 7 creates places where people can meet in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, to work on projects fully focussed, share ideas or relax, inside and outside. The first building, delivered in Q4 2020, is occupied by the multinational, 3M. The Onyx building is under construction and has a GLA of 16.000 sqm, of which 25% has already been let to SECO. Park 7 strives for a Breeam Excellent Certificate and a Well Gold Certificate.
