Ideally located near the Ring Road and at the foot of the Hermann Debroux metro station, BEAULIEU proposes two office buildings currently occupied by the European Commission (until end 2021).

Notoriously obsolete, the buildings will undergo major renovation. The renovation will be carried out in perfect harmony with the evolution of the neighbourhood urban environment.
